download the application form and fill it with details as new holding number, old holding number (if have), ward number, revenue circle number, unique property id, type of ownership, owner details, property status and other required details in the form.
After filling the form completely you need to sign a hard copy of the form and then submit your form along with tax amount to the nearest corporation office or another concerned office.
The operator will issue you a receipt after submission of form and tax amount which is used for future reference.
