Nanded Waghala City Municipal Corporation- NWCMC Property Tax Dept. : The Nanded – Waghala Municipal Corporation was established on March 26, 1997, after the merger of the Nanded Municipal Council and Waghala Municipal Council. The Nanded–Waghala Municipal Corporation was constituted under the provisions of the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, of 1949.

Under the Nanded – Waghala municipal corporation were merged with surrounding village colonies namely Waghala municipal Corporation, Vasarni Village, Kautha Village, Asarjan Village, Fatehjangpur Village, Asadwan Village, and CIDCO and HUDCO colonies. The Nanded–Waghala Municipal Corporation is also known as NWCMC in short.

The NWCMC is administered by the Mayor. The present Mayor of Nanded – Waghala Municipal Corporation is Smt. Swami Kishor Shailaja. The total area covered by this corporation is around 51.76 square kilometers. The office of this municipal corporation is located on the bank of the Godavari River.
