II-A: Apply Online for Property Transfer/Name Change in Bill
The applications within 90 days of getting the registry will be valid. To apply for the property transfer online you will have to arrange a few documents as per the following:
- Get the PDF copy of the property registry papers of the previous owner.
- Arrange a copy of the property registry of the New Owner Self Declaration.
Fill out the complete application form with the correct information. Also, upload the documents PDF copy online and then press the submit button after the Google Human Verification code.
On the next page, you will see the fee payment option where you can pay it using a credit/debit card or Internet banking. Download the payment receipt to check the status.
