If your mobile number is not registered here than you will get a massage in the webpage “User Not registered please use Click here to sign up to register” Now you need to register in the SDMC Portal.
Registration for Property tax at SDMC Portal

- SDMC user registration for Property tax
There are given three options:
- Property ID for property tax paid in 2014 – 15
- Other Year property ID
- First-time online taxpayer.
Select any one option according to you which is suitable for you and then enter your Property. Click on the submit button.
Now it provides you details of your property tax and property detail, check all details properly. Select the Pay button.
Chose mode of payment like debit card, credit card or net baking service and enter details of your card or bank account to make payment. After filling all details click on the Pay Now button and a receipt will be generated after payment which is used by the applicant as proof of payment of tax.
But if you are paying property tax first time then select on first time online taxpayer and then click on Click Here if Property ID not allotted earlier button.

Enter your own details as ledger folio number, type of ownership, type of property.
In the second section, enter your property address details as a colony, property/house number, address, correspondence address.
In the third section enter your contact details like phone number, mobile number, email id.
Next enter your bank details of property owner such as bank account number, bank name, and branch name.
Read all declaration and then click on the submit button. Now you will receive property id and you will be able to pay property tax online.
