Select Online Payment of Property Tax. It will redirect you to a new page where you can make online payment of property tax.

Enter your Base SAS Application Number or PID Number in appropriate box. Next you need to select name of owner from given list of owners.
Click on Continue button to proceed further for payment of property tax. Enter your mobile number, building age, address, Bescom and BWSSB RR Number and Adhaar Card number.
In the next section, select type of property as residential or non residential category.
In the third section enter build up are of property and usage are of property as given in base year application.
After filling all details in form, the net amount of tax based on category of property and other details is automatically calculated after deduction of depreciation and addition of cess.
The amount of cess is calculated as 24% of the property tax and if you paid whole amount of property tax in one instalment then you can avail 5% of rebate on total amount payable.
Click on Online payment option for online payment of property tax through debit card / credit card / net banking or if want to pay property tax in cash / cheque / Demand Draft then click on Challan option.
If select Challan then download challan and one copy of challan deposit to office of Municipal Corporation, one take to you and last copy send to bank.
If you select online payment option then take printout of receipt generated after successful payment of property tax.
